Bays Hill is a grade II listed Georgian town house situated in quiet seclusion within the heart of Llandeilo and only a short drive away from nearby attractions such as the Roman Gold Mines, Dinefwr Castle and Pembrey Country Park, as well as the picturesque beaches on the Gower peninsular.

The house itself is unique and has considerable character throughout overlooking the local church and the Towy valley. The site of the original abbey was located in the garden.

The property provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people and comprises of six bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room and drawing room together with an enchanting turreted woodland garden offering privacy and tranquilityand perfect for children.

Prices: £299-£499 (low season), £499-£799 (mid season), £800-£1000 (high season) per week. Weekend breaks also available.

Formally known to the locals as 'The Butter House', ‘Ty Menyn’ is located behind 'Brynmorfa', our family home. These two buildings were originally commissioned by a late Victorian butter merchant to comprise of both residence and workrooms. We have converted the old outbuilding into an exquisite, relaxing and comfortable, character cottage, completely self contained. Well furnished with all modern conveniences, sleeps 6 + cot, all rooms en-suite, one on the ground floor with a wet room, designed to be disabled friendly.

Full weeks from £450 - £750. Mini-breaks also available. All major credit / debit cards accepted.

Located between Llandeilo and Llandovery on the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this 18th century cottage in the secluded village of Llansadwrn is the ideal base to explore the beautiful county of Carmarthenshire.

The village boasts a medieval church, friendly village pub and outstanding views of the mountains.

Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double), private garden, open plan lounge / diner, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower facilities. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping.

Prices: £250 (low season) - £400 (high season) per week including towels, linen, heating and electricity.

It nestles in the stunning Cothi valley and is within 40 minutes of enough major cultural, sporting and entertainment venues to keep everyone satisfied – or you can simply stay in, relax and enjoy the excellent facilities.

This holiday home can be rented in a way which suits the size of your party – and the options give access to solid fuel fires, dishwasher, washing machines, tumble dryer, and digital TV channels. The 1/2 acre garden and patios are a wonderful place to relax of an evening in front of the chimenea with a BBQ.

All the bathrooms and kitchens are fully equipped, modern and stylish so you can enjoy luxurious amenities in a traditional environment.

The flat is situated above a superb delicatessen and, if you are going to arrive late, we can supply a tasty "welcome platter".
