Located between Llandeilo and Llandovery on the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this 18th century cottage in the secluded village of Llansadwrn is the ideal base to explore the beautiful county of Carmarthenshire.

The village boasts a medieval church, friendly village pub and outstanding views of the mountains.

Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double), private garden, open plan lounge / diner, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower facilities. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping.

Prices: £300 (low season) - £425 (high season) per week including towels, linen, heating and electricity.

Formally known to the locals as 'The Butter House', ‘Ty Menyn’ is located behind 'Brynmorfa', our family home. These two buildings were originally commissioned by a late Victorian butter merchant to comprise of both residence and workrooms. We have converted the old outbuilding into an exquisite, relaxing and comfortable, character cottage, completely self contained. Well furnished with all modern conveniences, sleeps 6 + cot, all rooms en-suite, one on the ground floor with a wet room, designed to be disabled friendly.

Full weeks from £450 - £750. Mini-breaks also available. All major credit / debit cards accepted.

Set in 1½ acres of mature gardens the cottage this grade II listed buiding dates back to the 18th century.

The village of Llansadwrn boasts a medieval church, friendly village pub and outstanding views over the Towy valley to Black mountain and the Brecon Beacons.
